News My name is Tom Ward, and I have been cleaning my customers roofs in Green bay now for 24 years. I am a long time member of the Better Business Bureau, and the Christian business directory. There is a rather important warning that I would like to put out to the citizens of Green bay, and the surrounding area. First of all, I do not mind competition. It makes all of us a little better when we need to compete for things we want. But I feel the need to let customers aware of a very dangerous fact that exists here in Green bay Wi.. I have a competitor that is doing a customers a huge disservice by using a CONCOCTION of 30%-40% toxic chloride bleach to clean their customers roofs. The practice of using toxic chloride bleach on their paying customers home’s is unbelievably irresponsible. Toxic bleach can not only kill ppets, landscaping and people, it can also permanently change the color of your homes shingles. If a customer knowingly or unknowingly allows bleach to be used in these quantities on their property, THEY and not Pioneer are then susceptible to fines of up to 50,000.00 per day! This is a fact. These fones can be levied by either OSHA, THE DNR or The department of agriculture. I have posted a link on this site that shows you in detail the penalties for allowing the use of toxic bleach on your property. Thank you for your attention to this important notice.
